FitXref / Affiliate Disclosure
AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE
How this free tool is funded.
Last updated: 2026-07-18
In accordance with the FTC's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials, this page discloses that FitXref participates in affiliate marketing programs.
What that means
- Some pages on FitXref contain affiliate links, including links to the Amazon Associates program.
- If you click an affiliate link and go on to make a qualifying purchase, FitXref may earn a commission.
- This does not affect the price you pay — commissions are paid by the retailer out of their own margin, not added to your total.
- Affiliate links are marked in our page structure (a
data-affattribute) so they can be identified programmatically; a link being an affiliate link never changes the pre-check result shown above it.
What doesn't change
Our field-by-field pre-check results are computed from the values you enter and the source cross-reference data we cite — never from which retailer pays the highest commission. We do not accept payment to alter a pre-check outcome, and we do not recommend a part as compatible because it is the affiliate link on the page.
Non-affiliate links
Links to manufacturer documents (for example, a Nidec or U.S. MOTORS cross-reference PDF) and professional community threads are not affiliate links. We link to them because they are the source for a specific claim on the page.
